If the only copy of the testbank posted there is still a web version that prints 77 pages, you may want to come back here and try this file (which should print 17 pages). But I can't guarantee it is accurate. You could go through it and compare carefully vs. the webpage version. This one is generated from it (reducing spacing, putting a, b, c etc. on the same line, etc.) but "mistakes may have been made..."
