With each of these documents you can either:

  • Right-click it and choose "Save Target As", then use the usual Windows dialog box to choose the location for saving, such as 3 1/2 floppy a:

  • Left-click it, and expect it to open in a "Word-within-the-browser" mode, from which you can print it (but be missing a lot of the other usual capabilites you would expect if you just opened in in Word normally). 

  • In the case of the Powerpoint files, just click the link to open in a "Powerpoint-within-the-browser" mode. Click anywhere in a slide to advance to the next slide.
