How to log on for Schreiner e-mail

The new, improved web-based access for Schreiner e-mail
may require that you type campus
and a backslash before your username
(or maybe not--it depends on your browser).

1) Make sure that you're using the correct address: http://mail.schreiner.edu (no www)
(Shortcuts/Bookmarks/Favorites may not work--they may jump into the process too far down the line and therefore fail. If you want to use one and it doesn't work, try editing the url it points to, to make it the same as the one above.)

2) Make sure that any Pop-up blockers are set to allow an exception to http://mail.schreiner.edu

3) Make sure that you're logging in properly:
The name of the domain is campus, so on the line to the right of "Domain\user name:" you type campus and a backslash before your username.
(A backslash looks like \ , not like / )
For example, EAPoe would type campus\EAPoe.

Your password is case-sensitive, so be sure your caps-lock is not on.
