network, come to Dickey Hall 112 computer lab
between 8:00 and 4:00 any weekday. You can

allowed on our network. Network security

- Wireless:
- All residence halls
and most academic locations on campus have wireless network access. [Here's

- Wireless access requires that a wireless network card be installed
in your computer.
- Schreiner provides wireless cards, available
in the Computer Lab, Dickey 112
- Or you may use your own, which you must register
in the Computer Lab.

Alternative Access:
- Students may elect to purchase Internet
access through commercial providers of their choice. Types of access
available in the Kerrville area include dial-up, DSL, or cable modems. Any
access requiring installation of phone lines, cable, or other wiring
requires coordination with SU Environment Management. Installation costs
and monthly fees are the responsibility of the student.
- Installation of wireless internet
access by any ISP, person or private provider is strictly forbidden.
